Shipping Delivery Policy

Kaaludii is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We try and inform our customers in case of any delays in advance. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

We make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping channels who work 24/7 to help us send the Bundle of Joy to you. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

Shipping Charges:

For deliveries across India

  1. Free on orders of INR 499 and above
  2. INR 40-80 on orders depends on shipping address area below INR 499.

The shipping charges can be modified by Kaaludii at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc.): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: Kaaludii charges extra shipping charges depending on the weight of the parcel.

Time taken to deliver your order:

We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times within India is usually 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all products are ready to be shipped. The cart page and the checkout shipping page gives an estimated delivery date. Please note, deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Our standard delivery timings are 7-10 working days however in case of urgency or early delivery request please do speak/mail our team and we can try our best to match your timelines.


All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

Tracking your Order

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
